To qualify as an APEX Pro, your agency must fulfill all the following:

Drive New Advertiser Activation

Bring 5 new advertisers who have not run CTWA or CTD campaigns in the last 90 days
Each advertiser must spend a minimum of ₹5,000 on CTWA or CTD campaigns

Submission: Share Ad Account IDs and Campaign IDs

WA Marketing Certification

Ensure at least 3 team members from your agency complete the WhatsApp Marketing Certification (Validate global WA certification)

Submission: Share screenshots of certification completion

Business Manager Mapping

Client accounts must be mapped to your agency's Business Manager (BM) ID
Your agency must be a registered APEX program member
