In addition, Ziad has founded and sold their own start-up in the early 2000s, specializing in software for mobile handhelds.
Ziad holds a master's degree in behavioral economics from the London School of Economics, and is fluent in Arabic, French, and English. To date, Ziad has filed multiple U.S. patents.
Nick Pestell has been passionate about agencies throughout his entire career. During the past 11 years at Meta, Nick has partnered with the most important and influential agency clients. Focusing on some of the industry’s most important conversations, from brand safety, the future of brand-building to more recently, AI and the Metaverse.
Prior to Meta, Nick spent 10 years working in agencies, so he is well aware of the many opportunities presented to drive agency and client growth and embrace new platforms, whilst also remembering the challenges faced such as talent retention and increased competition. Nick is energized by partnering with agencies to establish how they can gain a competitive advantage for their clients through integrating with Meta business solutions. Equally, he also understands the importance of having hard conversations which help keep us all accountable and move the industry forward.
Pete is a Connection Planner at Meta, his role is to help brands create effective marketing in the mobile age using insights, he is currently running the Insight Live webinar series which over 15,000 marketers across EMEA have attended. Previously, Pete was Head of Strategy and Planning at GroupM agency Wavemaker, winning numerous industry awards including IPA Effectiveness, EFFIE and APG golds. He has been a guest marketing lecturer at the University of Oxford, and had papers published in Campaign, Marketing Week and Admap.
Eb is an accomplished advertising executive with over 20 years of experience in the industry. As VP Paid Social at Jellyfish, Eb leads a team of experts who specialize in developing and executing social media advertising strategies for clients across various industries. In addition, Eb is responsible for building and developing the strategic partnerships Jellyfish has with all the key social platforms (in particular Meta). Eb is a marketing & comms industry veteran having worked in strategy roles spanning PR, advertising and adtech. He has a deep understanding of the ever-changing landscape of social media platforms and is always on top of emerging trends and technologies. Céline Daley is the Chief Revenue Officer at VEED, an AI-powered video creation platform. Emily Lydford is a Client Partner in the FMCG team at Meta. With 15 years of experience in the advertising & marketing sector under her belt, she has worked with brands from a broad range of verticals; from beauty and retail to entertainment and autos. She is also passionate about driving change for good in the industry – whether that’s by elevating inclusive marketing with her clients or through her work leading the Meta employer partnership with social mobility charity, the 93% Club. At the weekends she can be found chasing her toddler and dog around the parks of SouthEast London.
Olamide Olowe is a Forbes 30 under 30 inducted entrepreneur and investor.
She is the youngest black woman to raise $2m investors, having raised $15m in venture capital funding before the age of 25.
Olamide got her start as an entrepreneur in 2015 when she co-founded the beauty brand SheaGirl, in partnership with SheaMoisture, which was later acquired by Unilever in 2017.

Jane is EVP, Global Thought Leadership at Kantar. She oversees Kantar’s thought leadership on AI, brand, media and creative, and is a frequent public speaker, podcast host and media commentator. She is lead author of the Blueprint for Brand Growth, Kantar’s unified view of how brands grow, based on the analysis of billions of attitudinal and behavioural data points. Before this she was EVP for Media and Creative Solutions at Kantar, responsible for the strategy and delivery of global campaign effectiveness products, working with advertisers, media owners and agencies as clients. Previously, Jane ran digital media and creative P&Ls at Ogilvy, Mindshare and JWT and had a spell in early-stage venture capital. She led marketing client-side at Digital UK, who managed the UK’s successful switchover from analogue to digital TV. She has also been Communications Director at Digital Radio UK, and UK Managing Director for the fast-growing Media & Digital team at Kantar. Jane was also recently Chair of the Television & Radio Industry Club (TRIC), which runs the annual TRIC Awards.
